Dr. Lisa Ortiz, Dr. Christopher Hinchman, and Dr. Alexa Thompson are committed to providing care tailored specifically to help you reach your individual goals. We assess your needs and create goals with you, so we can help you achieve outcomes that matter to you. Because many musculoskeletal conditions involve the surrounding soft tissue, your care plan will likely include a variety of soft tissue modalities. Some patients may be given exercises, while others may receive different healing modalities—your care plan is just that: yours.

You may be coming to see us because of pain, but your pain and symptoms are not all we care about. We care about you as a person, and we want to help you get back the life you love. Every aspect of our practice is designed so you can experience our genuine compassion—our staff will greet you by name, with a warm smile and a wave, our waiting area has big, comfortable chairs and we have an area for you to enjoy snacks and coffee.

When we meet new patients, the first thing we do is take them on a tour of the office so they know where therapy, bathrooms, snacks and drinks are. And it's not just for show! We really want you to try some popcorn and enjoy a cup of coffee.
